What to Expect

First, we get to know each other… we find our vibe and rhythm. Maybe we’ll do a coffee and park stroll, meet up at the rock climbing gym or take a yoga class together, or we’ll do a craft at a local spot. I’m down for (basically) anything!

Right away, we chat about your hopes and dreams & what’s been helping you get there (and what’s holding you back). I’ll keep you updated on my assessment and the general outline of your Personalized Pathway.

Sessions will look like, well, life. Based on your comfort and priorities, the Personalized Pathway can start by evaluating how your home and/or work environments can be adapted, establishing a physical activity routine to reduce pain or improve mobility, or continuing to process your fears, doubts, and motivations until you’re ready for a bigger step.

Learn about and engage with your body to improve strength + mobility, posture/alignment, stress regulation, and energy management within the context of your most meaningful activities. Promise we won’t use a dumbbell unless your really want to.

Two 90 minute sessions a week
