About the Founder,

After graduating Pepperdine University with a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and gaining professional experience in adaptive aquatics in Pasadena, CA, I decided to pursue a Master of Science in Occupational Therapy from California State University Dominguez Hills. Since obtaining my license in the state of California in 2022, I’ve collected clinical experience in acute and outpatient mental health programs and currently practice in an outpatient pediatric clinic.

Through my years of experience in recreation, wellness, and rehabilitative spaces, I’ve been enamored with marrying evidence-based, biopsychosocial approaches with the communal, spiritual, and energetic practices of yoga and movement. Whether you work with me one-on-one or in a group setting, I want to empower you to build strong intuition to connect body, brain, and spirit.

My own lived experience with persistent mood difficulties, professional burnout, & imposter syndrome informs my clinical approach. I want my clients to feel supported by a therapist who understands the non-linear process of healing.

The journey to being well is best done together.
