What is Intuitive Movement?

The ability to acknowledge, understand, and respond to your needs and to engage in a natural rhythm of movement that serves you in the present moment. To establish “intuition,” or one’s unconscious sense & understanding of self (mind-body-spirit), takes practice and guidance. Any sort of movement (not only yoga) can be a profound method to habitualize & embody intuition, building consistency of authentic thought and behavior in your daily life, beyond just physical movement.

  • No, however, if applicable, we can offer a superbill for you to submit to your insurance for out-of-network reimbursement. Though we will do our best to advocate for reimbursement, we cannot guarantee it.

  • Anywhere and everywhere baby! Community and home-based care is effective in reaching and maintaining your goals. We can meet at your home, at the local rock climbing gym, or wherever we see fit.
